Membership Registration Form

You must be at least 16 years old to be a member of the arc.

Once you have completed the form below and pressed the submit membership button,
you will be taken to the next page to confirm the member's name and membership type.
If you've chosen a membership which auto-renews, you will also see the date when the first payment will be taken.
After this is submitted you will get a final opportunity to review the membership before being taken to Worldpay who will securely process your payment,
and any subsequent payment (if applicable), on behalf of the ARC.

Membership Information

Immediate Access

When purchasing any membership online, you can use the gym as soon as you receive your confirmation email (which is usually almost instantly) from Worldpay/Futurepay.

For monthly auto-renew memberships, the 7th, 14th, 21st or 28th is when the first, and subsequent, payment will be taken - you do not need to wait for the first payment to be made.

Please be prepared to show your confirmation email if using the gym on the same day you purchased the membership or over the weekend (if purchased on a Friday) as there's a delay from when you sign up to the membership being set up.

Cancelling your membership

Only monthly memberships which auto-renew need to be cancelled, as non-auto-renew memberships automatically expire.

If the default password, or other password if the default was changed, has been forgotten, use the Forgotten your password? procedure from the login page:

When you have logged in, select your agreement, then click the ‘View Details’ button to display full details. Click the ‘Cancel’ button at the bottom then confirm the cancellation by clicking the ‘Yes’ button on the confirmation screen.

If you are having difficulty cancelling your membership on Worldpay, you can email the ARC at

with your full name, date of birth and the agreement ID number – the agreement ID number is 8 numbers and can be found in the confirmation email received when you first started the membership. Memberships cannot be cancelled by telephone.
